 Once your site is designed it needs to be maintained to keep it available on the Internet. We can manage that for you.
We would like to continue supporting your web services after the design.  We have two Management packages avaliable. 

 WEB MANAGER includes everything.  We take care of your site for you.  Updating your site through out the year as your business changes. If you need to add a new email address for a new employees or remove a departing employee?  We can take care of it!  All your sites needs managed directly.  Includes full telephone support!

HOST MANAGER includes services for those issues constantly changing.  Like email & search engines¹. Your site is already established and not going to require constant changing so you just need someone to monitor your site and issue those changes periodically.  You can even specify to us which services you wish to handle and we can take care of the rest!

WEB MANAGER includes:

  • Web set up and design (HTML Only² – templated design/edit – $120 value )
    Examples:

    1. Straightforward newsletter in .pdf format
    2. simple text edits and text/artwork additions
    3. photo replacement or uncomplicated new custom graphic work
    4. announcements
    5. minor photography
    6. new or replaced pages
  • Hosting Package 1 Year
  • Domain registration 1 Year (i.e. yourdomain.com)
  • Web management (edits, upgrades, backups and more)
  • Email set up 
  • Email management (setup accounts; adding & removing, spam filtering, webmail customizing, and more)
  • 24/7 Monitoring
  • Weekly/Monthly activity reports
  • Initial and periodic search engine submission*

HOST MANAGER includes:

  • Hosting Package 1 Year
  • Web management (backups and more)
  • Email set up
  • Email management (setup accounts; adding & removing, spam filtering, webmail customizing, and more)
  • 24/7 Monitoring
  • Weekly/Monthly activity reports
  • Initial and periodic search engine submission
¹ Search Engine submission: Although we will submit and make continuous efforts to get your site listed near the top of major search engine, we can not guarantee it’s ranking placement as that’s out of our control. But through various development techniques, repeated submissions, and time, we can improve the chances for your site to be found during a search.
² HTML Only: If you would like us to set up a database driven, CMS (content management systems) we would be glad to do this for you.  Some restrictions do apply.  WordPress™ or DragonflyCMS™ are fully supported.
